Neal's music has been wonderfully received by our listeners. We
had more requests for Neal's CD than any other holiday music this
past year. I highly recommend that anyone wishing to enjoy the sounds
of the holiday listen to Snow Angels - The Christmas Album!

Program Director KDAL Radio 610 AM Duluth
Even when it's four below outside, when I turn on Neal's CD....everything
warms up inside... Neal has a special talent for helping spirits
soar!"

"Topliff's music truly touches the spirit. The songs on Pictures
are brilliant -- not only helping me reflect, but also taking me
back to the most enjoyable times in my life."
-- Scott McLinden,
Morning Show Host, KDLH-TV, Duluth, Minnesota
Topliff's piano solos are soothing and relaxing to any ear. A person
can easily envision an eagle soaring through the sky when listening
to Taking Flight on his Pictures CD.

"It would be a cliche to say Neal Topliff's work comes from
the heart but that's exactly where it comes from. All his compositions
seem to be based on a real experience or person rather than merely
being banged out for a buck. Neal's music also seems to transcend
genre; your grandmother will sense a touch of Ferrante and Teicher
buried in the mix while your kids will feel the spirit of rock music's
piano wildmen bubbling under the surface. All in all, Neal Topliff's
work combines a touch of art with a touch of pop to create an accessible
yet poignant mixture."
-- Dave Anderson,
News 6 TV
"[Neal] Topliff's music is inspirational and appealing to those
in search of solitude and peace. In a 21st-century world filled
with cell phones and pagers - it is a refuge."
"I plan to showcase selections from [Neal] Topliff's newly
released CD, Up North on my daily Talk-Show and in
my future Pageant Productions. His work is Serenity for the Soul!"
-- Rhonda Grussendorf,
Talk Show Host/News Anchor KDAL Radio - Duluth, MN
-- Former Weather
Anchor/Feature Reporter, WFTV Television - Orlando, FL
Pictures is filled with sweet, reflective music and wonderful melodic
lines - a cross between Contemporary and New Age styles. Imagine
the theme to The Writer's Almanac on MPR only a little more
wistful at times and a bit more melodic. The songs all seem to carry
a little piece of optimism. This is a nice CD, something I can definitely
see having on during quiet winter nights with the family.

Neal A. Topliff's Snow Angels - The Christmas album
(Harbour Light Music) What has Lorie Line wrought? A land of 10,000
pianists who want to sell their own CDs. This Red Wing resident
seems a cut above, distinguishing himself on the delicate but tuneful
title track and other originals; he's neither over - nor understated
on the seasonal favorites, making this piano album a safe bet.

-- Tom Hughes,

I wanted to tell you how much I am enjoying your Pictures
CD. I play it at work during my most stressful moments and I'm not
a big "New Age" fan, so whatever you're doing, you're
doing right! There's real substance there.
-- Jim Pagliarini
- President of Twin Cities Public Television
